Product Guarantee is applicable for domestic use only
Up to 10 years guarantee applies to Restezee Mattress Protector, Encasement or Pillow Protector which fails due to materials or manufacturing defect. Proof of purchase will be required. If claim approved, same or similar replacement product will be sent.
Guarantee Period
Restezee Mattress Protector – Up to 10 years from date of purchase
Restezee Mattress Encasement – Up to 10 years from date of purchase
Restezee Pillow Protector – Up to 5 years from date of purchase
Conditions
- Product must be treated with reasonable care at all times
- Product must be laundered, cared for and used in accordance with the Product care label and instructions provided on the website
- no bleach, bleach alternative or heavy solvent may be used in the Product washing cycle
- the Product must be dried in the dryer at a low or medium temperature together with bed linen and towels
- the Product must be inspected for damage after laundering, and use must be discontinued if damage is apparent
This guarantee shall not apply to:
- This guarantee excludes any consequential or additional damage resulting from the malfunction of a mattress protector, pillow protector, or mattress encasement. Damage to the mattress or any other bedding item is not covered under this guarantee.
- any gradually occurring stain or damage or defect caused by fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, or abnormal use, misuse, malicious damage or alteration or repair of the Product
- the incorrect use or application of any cleaning substances or materials
- damage caused by domestic pets including biting, chewing or scratching
- damage including blistering caused by tumble drying on own or on too high heat
- staining to the Protector
- Staining or damage for which the cause cannot be identified
Claim Procedure
Any guarantee claim must be submitted via guarantee claim form provided on the website or via email @ sale@restezeehome.co.uk with proof of purchase and photographic evidence for the damage. We may collect the damaged product if further investigation is required. If the claim is approved, we’ll send same or similar replacement product. The guarantee is deemed to be voided after 2 consecutive claims for the same product.
