Returns
We can accept return requests up to 14 days after your delivery date. Returns will not be accepted after the 14th days from the date of your delivery.
Customers wishing to return their items after dispatch must ensure that all reasonable care is taken to ensure that the item/items are unopened and unused and are returned in a “new” condition in original sealed packaging.
If you have received your product but have changed your mind, you will be responsible for returning the item or items to us. See return address at the bottom of the page. Please ensure your order number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
All items must be unused and in their original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened bedding, protectors, toppers, and encasements cannot be returned unless faulty.
Arranging A Return
All return requests must be sent to sales@restezeehome.co.uk, please include your order number and the reason for why you would like to return your item.
Damaged/Disputed Goods
We will exchange or refund any item/items that is either damaged or faulty upon delivery provided that the customer has followed all applicable terms and conditions. Before processing a damaged/disputed goods claim, we will require a photograph of the item before return can be processed.
Please contact Customer Care Team – sales@restezeehome.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt of the items to notify us of any faults/damages and provide photographic evidence as soon as possible.
Cancellation
You must exercise any right to cancel your order by informing Restezee Home by email prior to the day of delivery.
Cancellations made on the day of delivery: We are unable to cancel deliveries on the day of the delivery. You have the right to refuse the delivery but, in this instance, we will deduct a £15 late cancellation fee from your total refund amount. Alternatively, you will be responsible for returning the item or items to us. See return address at the bottom of the page. Please ensure your order number is clearly marked on the outside of the package. You will cover the return costs in full and ensure that all reasonable care is taken to ensure that the item/items are unopened and unused and are returned in a “new” condition in original sealed packaging.
Refunds
Any agreed refunds will be issued within 14 days following receipt of the item. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method for the order.
